    Dedicated to a Thriving Superior

As a lifelong area resident and Superior small business co-owner, I am deeply committed to enhancing our city's infrastructure, community engagement, and technological advancement.
Fiscal Responsibility
Vice-chair of the Finance Committee, ensuring transparent and efficient city budgeting. Advocates for investments in infrastructure and public services.

Technological Advancement
Founder and Chair of the Communications & IT Committee, leading efforts to modernize city systems. A key leader in 'Connect Superior,' focused on improving internet access through an open-access fiber network—the city’s first new public utility in generations.

Advocacy for Residents
Works closely with 6th District residents to address concerns and drive meaningful change. Committed to fair housing policies and community-driven initiatives.

20 years of small business experience and 7 years of public service

My Work

A Vision for Superior
Building a connected, innovative, safe, and community-focused city for not only today, but also the future.

Public Safety and Health
Supported the implementation of the Coordinated Response Specialist Team at the Superior Police Department. This team addresses mental health, substance use, and homelessness by de-escalating crises and connecting individuals to vital services, improving public safety and guiding residents toward recovery and stability.

My City of Superior App
Championed the city app to enhance connectivity between residents and Superior’s government and services. The app empowers citizens to report issues like street conditions, blight, and vandalism with photos, promoting accountability and engagement. To try the app, search for “My City of Superior” in the app store.

Community Engagement
Has demonstrated extensive community engagement through involvement with numerous boards and organizations, both past and present. These include WWJC Radio, Living Stones News, the Superior Rotary Club, the  Development Association, the Douglas County Historical Society, Superior Public Museums, and the Superior Sister City Commission. Organized impactful community events like the Superior Spooktacular and led citizen-driven park clean-up efforts, revitalizing cherished spaces such as Wade Bowl Park.

Grant Support
Advocated for Small Business and Non-Profit Grant Programs to support local organizations and businesses. These initiatives strengthen Superior, fostering a connected, inclusive, and thriving community.
